Discovery Coaching transforms leaders through coaching, training, workshops, and consultation.  Jennifer blends over ten years of corporate coaching with her unique framework to create leaders others will follow.

Chief Coaching Officer

After graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Marketing Jennifer quickly found an interest working with others. She made her way to Boeing in 2005 and experienced big business first hand. She took full advantage of working for a world-class company and participated in high-potential programs, management rotation programs, employee development, mentoring and eventually coaching. While at Boeing Jennifer received her Master in Business and various certifications including Facilitation, GROW Coaching, Coaching Immersion and Coaching for Human Resources. Every position she has held over the years continues to be driven by the passion for helping others transform into the leaders they were meant to be. In 2014 Jennifer started Discovery Coaching and transitioned out of corporate to focus on family and Entrepreneurship. In 2015, her family packed up their belongings and moved to Costa Rica for a year! Since returning in 2016 they have been traveled to France and all across the US. Jennifer and her family currently reside in Nags head, NC. They will be moving to Key Peninsula, WA in Spring of 2018 to build their forever family home.
