Coaching for Managers

This is a full day workshop with optional 2nd day for practice.  Coaching is one of the most important skills a leader can harness. The ability to ask powerful questions and avoid leading ones will give leadership the sills needed to understand and empower their team.  Let your questions take the conversation where you want it to go, while allowing the employee to lead the conversation. Allow them to feel you genuinely care through simple questions.  Take your team to a while new level by showing up as a coach!


Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

Emotional intelligence, the ability to understand and manage your own emotions and those of the people around you, is critical for the success of a leader.  The ability to understand and harness emotions in order to allow you to stay in control, and calmly assesses any situation is a critical leadership skill.  In this workshop we review the five key elements of emotional intelligence self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. Over a full day we will examine how each will allow you to grow into your leadership potential.


Strengths-based Leadership

This workshop involves a 40-minute assessment prior to the all day workshop.  Take the Clifton StrengthsFinder® assessment and reveal your complete individual strengths profile.  In this workshop you will learn how to understand your personal strengths, maximize your effectiveness, leverage your strengths and identify strengths in others.  We then transition into strengths based leadership as you learn to foster greater engagement by helping your team discover, develop and use their talents. Helping team members value the team's collective talents and use them to improve teamwork. Provide team members with strategies for using talents daily to improve engagement, productivity and performance.

This workshop has an additional fee of $200/person to run the complex 34-theme assessments.
